Artist Profile

We consume digital media faster than we ever have and are constantly bombarded with its different uses and forms. I use different digital art media and processes in a similarly fast and multi-form way.

Fundamentally, the way things are seen, will always come down to the individual, shaped by the society they live in. We all see things differently, whether its political views, our view on what is personal to us or even physically what we see in life. My works are centred around social conditioning and how we as individuals are pressured to fit the ideal mould of the societies we live in; social conditioning is something that is implemented into our lives from the day we are born, it plays a part in our political views, our opinions, our judgement, and even what we wear. It acts in almost everything we’ve come to know.

My work is all about how forms of media are represented and perceived. I want to focus on how we come to understand what we see throughout our lives and deify some of the past social norms that we were under not too long ago.
